Terms & Conditions

The terms that govern your use of the Synetal Solutions Learning Portal and enrolment in our training programmes.

Last updated: 23 August 2026

1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Synetal Solutions Learning Portal at synetalsolutions-learningportal.co.uk (the "Site") and any courses, live classes, or career support services provided by Synetal Solutions Limited ("Synetal Solutions", "we", "us", or "our").

By accessing the Site, creating an account, or enrolling on a course, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or enrol on any programme.

2Eligibility & Accounts

Our courses are intended for individuals aged 16 and over. By registering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you meet any prerequisites listed for a given course.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login details and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.

3Course Enrolment

Enrolment on a course is confirmed once we have received your registration details and applicable payment. Course start dates, schedules, and content are as described on the relevant course page and may be updated from time to time to reflect curriculum improvements or instructor availability.

We reserve the right to decline or delay enrolment where prerequisites are not met, cohort capacity has been reached, or payment has not been completed.

4Fees & Payment

Course fees are as stated on the Site at the time of enrolment, in GBP (£), and may be payable in full or via any instalment plan offered for that course. All fees are subject to change for future cohorts, but the price you agreed to at enrolment will not change for your enrolled course.

Where a payment plan is offered, missed or failed payments may result in suspension of access to live classes and learning materials until the account is brought up to date.

5Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation and refund eligibility depends on how far into a course you are and the circumstances of the request. Full details, including applicable timeframes and any non-refundable amounts, are set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

If you're unsure about your eligibility for a refund, contact our support team before requesting cancellation so we can talk through the options with you.

6Learner Code of Conduct

To keep our learning environment respectful and productive, you agree not to:

  • Harass, abuse, or discriminate against instructors or fellow learners
  • Share your account access with anyone else
  • Record, redistribute, or resell course materials or live sessions without our written permission
  • Submit plagiarised work or misrepresent your own progress or assessments
  • Use the Site or its content for any unlawful purpose

We may suspend or terminate access for learners who breach this code of conduct, as described in the Suspension & Termination section below.

7Live Classes & Attendance

Some courses include live, instructor-led sessions delivered online at scheduled times. While we encourage full attendance, we understand this isn't always possible — where available, session recordings are provided so you can catch up in your own time. Specific attendance requirements, if any, for certification purposes will be stated on the relevant course page.

8Certification

Certificates or statements of completion are issued once you have met the requirements of a course, which may include coursework completion, assessment results, and attendance thresholds. Some certifications reference third-party exam bodies (for example, CompTIA), and eligibility for those external exams and certifications is governed by that body's own rules, not by Synetal Solutions.

9Intellectual Property

All course materials, videos, written content, branding, and other content on the Site are the property of Synetal Solutions or our licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a personal, non-transferable licence to access and use course materials for your own learning purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission.

10Disclaimers

We aim to provide accurate, high-quality training and career support, but the Site and our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee specific employment outcomes, salary levels, or exam results, as these depend on factors outside our control, including your own effort and external market conditions.

11Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Synetal Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our courses. Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under UK law.

12Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site or a course if you breach these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or fail to make required payments. You may also close your account at any time by contacting us; this does not automatically entitle you to a refund unless our Refund & Cancellation Policy applies.

13Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

14Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Material changes affecting active learners (for example, changes to refund terms) will be communicated by email in addition to being posted here.
